Dear Mabs, Received letter posted 1st and newspaper posted 2nd April. Have not received other newspaper with note yet. I had not heard about the damage of ... until I got this last letter. My word is there a war on in Notts. Hope you have had the last of the snow now it has been a long winter and the worst I have experienced.
